congrats man you must fish same areas as me.Your posts always remind me of my own fishing expeditions.I also have some waders on the way.I've been having luck with a 3 oz herring color pencil popper with a flat bottom ,Gags.Thing really dances good.Beats a skate !

i don't think it's the spots.. i think it's me.. everyone else catches fish.
i picked up a black 8 inch spook last night. i think i got one tap on it last night. THINK. could have caught up on some grass. but hey, thats the most luck i've had with a plug all year lol.




the stripers hate me. buuuuut now i can get back out to my favorite spot. the water/winds/temps have all been to cold to fish there. no longer a problem. i might catch a striper before the season ends just yet.
