When I had my bladder catheter removed after a very serious car accident when I was 18, not one of my better moments. But holy crap tubes aren't supposed to go up there nor are they meant to be pulled out!
60 % of the time, it works every time.

falling off roof backwards while shingleing and landing on aluminum extention ladder....I had rung marks imprinted on my back for a month...and the ladder looked like it got ran over by a truck...man that hurt...
