New Ink!
Got some new ink last night. Wanted to cover up my old dumb gecko on my arm.. This piece is about half done - going back in January to finish it up. Im VERY happy with how its coming out.
Outline almost completed.

I cant wait for it to be finished.
Have to color in the eyes.. add the water effects.. and he is going to do like a reddish fade around the kanji...
Its cool too.. he did the whole thing freehand.

It was a cover up... Ive always like Koi.. but given what we needed to cover, it made alot of sense.. he drew it up that night...
It was covering a weird gecko thing... The kanji (Heart and Soul) was there already... he just added the red around it..
I am going to do something similiar on my other arm... I have a kanji there as well (strength)... Ill have another koi wrap around it, just a different design. 
It looks much better now that the eyes arent bleeding - ill take a new pic with no glare soon. |
