Ohhh - I've been meaning to mention this, the owner of this Hooters and several other New England Hooters operations filed Chapter 11 last month:
Thirteen Hooters restaurant franchises, including one on Main Street in Hyannis, filed for bankruptcy protection Friday in U.S. Bankruptcy Court in Boston.R.J. Fitz, L.P., of Concord, was listed as the debtor filling for protection under Chapter 11 of the federal bankruptcy code. Hooters of Cape Cod in Hyannis was included, along with franchises in Boston, New York, New Hampshire and Rhode Island.
We might want to go sooner as opposed to later
