Don't want to slam the guy, he's a nice guy, just didn't think in that moment in time....he did say it was his fault, its the insurance company that is saying it is my fault. Thats what is REALLY frustrating.
I also understand the opening the door in traffic, and if I had done that I wouldn't be arguing it......its the fact it was in a parking lot, parked, and he knew I was there getting into my car, and yet it is still my fault, that is rubbing me the wrong way.
