Skunks, rabbits and seagulls ...

I definitely think the rabbits are good luck ... most of the time -- except if you were that little rabbit that got plucked by the crazy gull, as its luck really stunk, despite the valiant efforts of members from our group to chase the gull away -- but after that rabbit got eaten by the gull, I think I went out and caught a few fish, nothing huge but still got some ...

Skunks at the water's edge can mean bait pushed onto shore by fish (good luck). I hit one on my back-cast once, didn't catch anything that night. I think that the skunk had worse luck, though (hit by a lead-eye sand eel fly).
