The caps fit the paint bottle and have the feed stem that goes in the paint! Good or not?
You're there. I've got 50 or better on all of my paint bottles. Stock and custom mixed colors.

Also, ditto what JigMan says about the moisture trap. The compressed air may be a different temp than the ambient temp in your shop which may create moisture in your compressor tanks. For 12-14 bux ( Campbell Hausfield @ Home Depot ), it's cheap insurance that you don't get moisture splatters when painting your masterpiece.
