It means they didn't get arrested, and the truck they were hunting from and the truck they had the deer in weren't confiscated as the law allows and would have happened everywhere else. Show cause hearing means that the EPO didn't know what he was doing or they are going to brush aside the case. Bet the guys who got caught know someone.
