Public ROW's often go through private property. The landowner doesn't need to make it look inviting, they just can't stop the use...

We have the same problem on the mainland. There is a spot I fish that the kids like to party at and they leave enough aluminum cans to buy a new car.

It's amazing how when access is "restricted" out here the garbage makes it just to the point where it would only be a little farther to the vehicle to take it home. I asked one guy this summer why he was leaving it "there" and he said so it would be easier for the cleanup people to find. WTF?

When I called tuesday the ferry was already booked up, I will be staying home. I just can't win this fall. I have a month long skunk going. It is not because I haven't fished either I have fished at least 3 times a week. I am going to hang it up for the season  |
