gotcha no talkie bushie.. i will complain about chenney from now on.

i was using wire.. damn thing were swiming around with thier mouths open or something. biting right through 60 lb power pro

All it takes is a little bit of seaweed dangling on the line. They see movement and snick! she's a gone. Think of all the lures you find when the blues are hot and heavy. Cut just above the leader, aren't they? Little bit of weed at the swivel. Chomp = gone!

There's a couple of south facing beaches on the Cape I love going to when it's low tide early in the morning , you wade out and find all kinds of lures , a lot of new ones, just like BBJ said , bitten off at the swivel.
