Also in my case what about watching the sickest sunset everynight, 10 feet from the water? Not to mention the view of the lower bay and newport bridge, priceless!! Also watching the bass and blues run bunker up on the rocks for 3 hours, having no pole, running down to the water and trying to knock one of the 25lb bass up near the rocks out with a broomstick.
