As far as construction goes, I remember the 1970s when lumber prices soared and housing starts dropped, maybe you missed that.

Well first of all there genius.....i ve been victorious in ALL my en devours in this life in America the great. Never ever been or felt victimized always the victor ...like now. Ive been building houses since 1973.....never slowed down for me. Special skills go a long way in this business...cream rises to the top. Ive got years of work ahead no matter what happens AI cant touch what I do.
