Just coast / all ya gotta do is move wrong & then ya fu ck ed
I had to lay low for approx. six weeks .. blood thinners .I had a bleed-out on the smallest of a hole in a skin surgery ......& that was a while after it .I was reading in bed & I thought it was a bug on my arm .it was blood coming from my hand ................... red bed, linens .....trail to the bathroom & I had to wake Gale cuz I couldn,t stop it ........2.5 just from my finger .made me a believer /
I,m still on blood thinner s hope fully these will clot |

I actually walked just under 2 miles today. Had some pro loggers cruising our land for a harvest. Feel great but tired now. I have been instructed to walk as much as I feel up to. |
