I dont go there much but I did the other day and orfered a "regular" medium ice coffee. There was soo much sugar in that coffee I had to throw it out. I cant imagine someone asking for extra sugar.. you'd die. Its best to do Cape Sam's method and make it at home... its cheaper and you get what you want.
