My basement’s the same
I used a halogen work light for heat
Plugs hung from wire on ceiling
You need to figure out how close to put the lamp, hang a piece of wood and check it in a few minutes
Worked fine
For ventilation, more for rattlecans than sealer (I used waterborne poly) I used my saw dust blower that goes outside
