Rmarsh Registered User Join Date: Jan 2006 Posts: 1,974	Kayak to refinish My son wants to get back into kayaking...I told him he could have one of the two kayaks I built, that have been stored in the shop attic for ten years or so. The natural wood finish has faded and it has some wear and tear, so he has decided to refinish and paint this time. So far he has completely cleaned and sanded the hull. We will do a few minor repairs then primer. The shop is a mess and needs a good cleaning first. Last edited by Rmarsh; 08-26-2023 at 05:55 AM..
