Didn't we relocate thousands of Hurricane Katrina victims all over the US after the hurricane? That was also a National Emergency which I think is the same case now if there is no where to house these migrants.

But even Dems are calling it a crisis (aka national emergency) now. Should we send them to Gitmo? The obvious choice is to send them to cities/states that will accept them. I mean it should be common sense if there is not enough facilities at the border? |

The national emergency was called over a made up security threat, not a humanitarian crisis that Trump’s own policies are making much worse.

OK fair enough - so where do we send them if there are not enough facilities at the border? Who gets them? Should we leave it up to them and say get lost you're on your own and let them continue to march? What are the Dems alternative fixes to this problem?
If anyone is going to criticize a policy they should offer an alternative solution to house them. |
