Dell bites
Dell sucks
I hate Dell.
Bought a laptop a few years back, they had this purchase order bundle same as cash b.s. - wouldn't just take the p.o. like everyone else. So the deal is, they invoice you and if you pay in sixty days from the ship date, it's a done deal.BUT if you're just one day late, you pay all these finance charges - so what they do is mail the invoice like 50 days after - so there's like no way in hell you could process the invoice, cut the check and have them book it within 60 days. And I called 3 times asking them where it was!
I swear , our IT guy must have dell stock.
SO THEN, I order 8 new desktop systems - I get the order confirmation, I'm tracking it online, all's well - then I check - the order's cancelled. Call them up, yup it's cancelled, why? - I'm not sure, call so & so -
Sorry DUDE I'M GETTIN A COMPAQ!

O.K. all ranted out.
Bill
