Ah John, now it's clear.
Years ago, when the cape was an island, well these capers they didn't get around much, and of course they had needs and desires like regular folk.So it kinda turned to well, animals or relatives. And, of course the cape isn't known for it's abundant livestock, pretty much limited to skunks, racoons, or the occasional fox.This is just fine for a little guy, but just won't do for a big strappin surf fisherman. So the choice was obvious.
Well, the outcome was predictable but hardly avoidable.After years of inbreeding the gene pool was about as shallow as a full moon saltpond at low tide.
So there ya have it, CS and BM must be kin folk!
Everything should be fine in about 400 - 500 years, long as they keep their distance

at aint no terkle dats a moobullicow,come from new jersah i hear lmao,actually that bull moose is old greys boy,they both fish with me but i think ol grey died this summer or moved up in the hills some off the river i fish here.aint seen him atall in a few months,his coat were solid grey that how old he is,would always come over n say hi,id feedem apples by hand sometimes,now his boy in the pic above aint so friendly but i move out his way an he let me fish in peace.
