Frankly, honoring the military - even if just as CINC - is just not high on his list of priorities. Bush, Carter, Bush, SR, Ford, all served in uniform in one capacity or another.
Obama was a Community Organizer, never had high responsibility. Never even finished his freshman term as a Senator. I am less bothered by his lack of CINC protocol than his general lack of skills. Even the most fervent Democart cannot say this guy was the best possible D leader that could have been put forth by the D party for the last nearly 7 years.

are those reasons black and white? or is it possible for a president to say..."what if ?" and then worry about the consequences intended or unintended later and would that make him smart or dumb? and who decides? |
