One has to consider that other fishing hosts have zero personality.......
Exactly how much "sports" does NESN actually show nowadays????
I mean, after all the infomercials and sports TALK shows, what's left?

Besides Charlie Moron's show, what other fishing shows are there, or "outdoors" shows for that matter?

It makes me wonder that maybe the Mad Fish powers may have forced NESN to get rid of any competition to corner the market.

I get to see more fishing action on CSN abd ESPN than NESN.

Maybe NESN is hooking their wagon to the Charlie Moore popularity train and hope to ride it to the top.
Top of what, I couldn't say, nor would I want to waste my time even trying.

My favorite Mooron episode was when he "tried" cod fishing, and while holding the rod UPSIDE DOWN, lost the rod and reel because he was holding it like he was holding a limp willy.

Give me Larry Dahlberg (or even Larry Szonka for that matter) and I'll enjoy some real fishing.
