ecduzitgood time to go Join Date: Oct 2007 Posts: 2,318	If you have problem with heels as I did it could be "heel spurs". Tried all types of gel pads and ended up at a Podiatrist and have shoe inserts now. Gel pads do not work! Might check out FootSmart(dot)com they have all kinds of footcare, shoes & socks etc. and advise. Highly recommend Born shoes for all day comfort.
