Let me think about this:
There's a point (the elbow)
There's some current - both wind and tide driven
There's shallow water adjacent to deeper water.
There's structure -esp for crustaceans.
There's chum - from the lobster pots.
Frankly, I wonder why it is not more productive, given the hoards of addicts (er, I mean my brother fishermen) that flock there looking for a spring fix.
