detbuch Registered User Join Date: Feb 2009 Posts: 7,725	Why the Elecotoral College This is a not too long presentation of the importance of the Electoral College as opposed to the popular vote. The first 14 or so minutes is introduction and a brief look at the Constitution, then the rest of the 25 minutes or so on the Electoral College and the importance of state power vs federal power. It is not wonkish, but a plain language and engaging discussion. Please watch.
