It is the same for most crimes! The penalties for getting caught are just the cost of doing business! How about we get serious with these toons! How about a $2500.00 fine and license loss for one year first offence. Second offence $5000.00 fine, loss of vehicle, loss of license for 5 years!I would hope this solution would prohibit anyone from doing these crimes.
