Hi Paul an Bill, I did a load of ridin an night fishin on the ditch. A fish here n there with a couple good bites found. 27 lb was the best in the ditch. Went with the wind in my face n walked a beach got a nice 48 in 43 lber on my drk green over ivory super spook. Was fishing the edge of the weed line so it was a bit of frustration at times. Big surf with weed scatered but bait all over the place. saw a few mid 20 to 30plus lb fish released plus a bunch of little guys but had fun ignoring the rules so to speak an got a couple nice bites in the middle of the day and on the high end of the tides. Ran into some great people from all over too. Some haven't seen in yrs. Some of the 34 to 40 in fish were very chunky. i had one 36 in wes 25lb. Talk about a watermellon. Would love to have a return with that fish in 10 yrs. Interestin conversations with some of the comms an sportsmen talkin about the fish an the regs. Even the enforsement guys seem to be just keeping people honest an keepin things on the light side. Love Market Basket . Good food n low prices. Better than the Mac D dollar minue or the dollar hot dogs at Cumbys LOL
