Phil my goal is to Fill the lay down freezer in the cellar with frozen produce before the snow season . Funny thing is ...i haven't even got the S.O.B> down there yet and it's still sitting in the back yard.
I had to remove the exterior doors for optimal clearance and to prevent any damage.
Paul ....the seasons have changed quite a bit....ALMOST seems like there's a drought unless it starts to rain like a bastid in JULY and AUGUST like previous seasons. this tends to
wreck everything
by creating
wet and humid "
warm conditions" that is perfect for
black spot mold,
fungus whatever the frig it is...
rendering it inedible.
Although this might look like something good....
i haven't even scratched the surface yet...
but i'm getting there.
