From HOTM to Race Point, the beach has done fine and built in a number of places, maybe due to the minor tides. The problem is the steady diet of E/NE wind has pushed mung, bubbleweed and lettuce inside the outer bars and it is trapped in, all the way up to the lighthouse. Usually weed is used as cover by bait, but there is nothing mixed in - so it is pretty dead.

We need a good NW blow or a brisk W for a few days to get us back into condition. The weird summer continues...

All that is necessary for evil to succeed is that good men do nothing.
