If the spots (one inparticular) can fit 3-4 cars and it's not that straighforward to find, the majority of people will move on to somethng easier to access. The ones that make it past getting to the locations will bail if they don't catch immediately is my guess. The ones that fish when its convenient for them as opposed to the best time to fish, will call it quits too after a trip or two.
Early season feeding frenzy on shore that will subside when some have to walk >0.5m to a spot, it's cold out, it's drizzly, and they can't cast a chunk of bait within range of breaking fish.
