or via his insurance company...one of the two
or else he's history
your insurance company should be history as well.
the boy scouts motto is to always be prepared
and that certainly applies to scoutmasters even more so.
so if he wasn't prepared to drive responsibly
and to be responsible for his own actions
then that means : he was not prepared
and drives irresponsibly which means
its his damn fault any way you look at it.
