This is my first post and I must say some of your plugs are very impressive.

I've been messing around with plug building myself but have not gotten into air brushing. Since I have already amassed a collection of rattle cans the question I have is, can I use paint from spray cans with an airbrush? Spray into a air brush bottle and then add thinner or something?

Yes you could do that, I've heard of it before. kinda messy though

Ferret, I've done that with flourescent colors on trout lures. I sprayed it into the cap of a spray can and then poured it into the airbrush cup. There was no need to thin it out anymore than it already was. Most spray can paint is pretty thin. Wear disposable latex gloves as Slip said it is a rather messy ordeal. ...mrpogie
