I am sure people here have seen his lures. Anyone have an opinion on the paint work, and how its achieved?

he wrote a few how tos on the other site, uses air from brush (no paint) to move the heavy applied paint around, then hits it with a blow dryer, he has some other techniques he covers.

I know goo goo man aka glen has been doing similiar paint jobs too.

Thanks, several layers I see as well. His brown plugsis the paint scheme I like the most.
