I'd wonder if saving a few bucks on the install would be worth the lack of service if you had an issue. Carpet goes down pretty fast and you still have to buy the materials.

A friend of mine called Empire, They came , made the deal , came again in a coupla days and were done. He was happy with the work, and he's a picky one.
