Google DVD Shrink (I use v3.2)

You can copy from a computer DVD drive right to your hard drive. You'll need a DVD viewing/playing program but there are plenty available.

No hooks necessary. Good luck.

DVD shrink will rip the DVD and store it on your HD.

I have 3 programs that I use to do movies.

I use DVD Decrypter to rip the dvd to my PC and remove the copyrights then use DVD Shrink to minimize the size of the files (from 8GB to 4GB) and do a backup of the file at that size. Then it's on my PC ready to burn whenever I want it on disc or watch.

They are getting smart now by putting a special code into the dvd's so you can't copy them but I get all the new programs to get around them so it's no problem, if you want the programs to burn your own dvd's let me know and I'll hook you up.

unless your willing to put in some time for research.....just use the dvd.

do some googling and reading. you'll get it if you REALLY want to figure it out. mastering it takes some work. not to discourage but there are lots of ways... do you wnat to rip to divx do you want to make an acutal dvd image? etc etc
