I'm 30.....and flirty!!! 
....I have a Muerex 91/2' ....my first custom rod, Lotta Luck with it...it was a hand me down from manny manny years ago!!
....landed alot of Squeteague, Bass, Blues......in the years....I'm been adding to that ever since .....No squeteague yet though...  .....
....My dad insists I've caught one, but its too far back for my dead brain cells....he used to drag me out....when I was 7 or 8.....then I started dragging him out

couldn't tell ya, never seen it....I've researched it on here, but couldn't find it....unfortunately the letters were covered the last time I had it refinished....but I remember distinctly....the it was very close to this spelling....Meurex??....somethin real close to that.
.....I usually have Joe Bait do my rod work. Are you familiar with him?...he's the guy Bucko's sends their work to....

I hear ya man, fishohalic ta say the least. Squeteague,don't think Ive caught one either. Couple years ago I ran into some guy's that where catchin them on the causeway ( SO THEY SAY ). Ive been strippin down alot of old rods and making them look brandy new. I just did one of my favorits. I replaced the stainless guilds with fuji's, I got the feeling that rod will get alot of use. I also extented the woodin handel and cork taped it....Looks like a different animal.

I ve been doin one or two a year for me. But most of them are for guys I know......I havn't been doin it that long. I wanna keep it a hobbie not a job. My next step is to start flex coating. I'm waiting on some slow rotisary motors ta come in. Cms has been doing the flex coat for now, they do killer work
