yeah Jenn, I've done a little "tunny" trip.....out of Point Judith....I had one on for a few minutes......he got off....and I hit the deck... some of the roughest waters I've ever fished in....
...we had to stop at the "Block" just so me and one of the other dudes could get stable ground |
 ... it finally happened, there are no more secret spots

I went there last year after work, 5:30ish with my girls, brought home 3 keepers for mom. I'll start hittin that place 2nd or 3rd week in april

thats not the part that concerns me , rough water has never bothered me.....I am wondering if I would have half a chance at getting the darn thing to the boat! I consider myself pretty tough for a girl ......but still.............. |

I made the mistake of getting loaded the night before....  
....My company got 3 paid fares on a 35 foot vessel.....and since they knew my "addiction to fishkin"......they offered me one. And a nights stay at one of the establishments at Pt. Jude...And free dinner....And OPEN BAR!!!!!!........
.....STOOOPID CRAB TOOK ADVANTAGE OF THE OPEN BAR!!!......
...we drank until 2 am....and had to be at the boat by 3:30am!!....

Jenn the thing with Tuna boats is that they only allow up to 4 people , if that .....on one charter. Making the costs extremely expensive. They burn alot of gas due to high speed trolling....
.......but lets put a fire under a Cod trip!!!......I seen them pictures from Swede.....thats good enough for me!!!...

well I am aware they arent exactly CHEAP.....I have seen them for about $500...(dont know if that is average or what not....)
