I don’t always have a scotch and smoke a cigar, but when I do, it’s because the former President of the United States has clearly tried to direct a coup, committed all kinds of felonies, betrayed the constitution, and been derelict in his duty.

Trump tried to call a witness. The witness passed it on to their lawyer & the committee forwarded the information to DOJ. Former presidents are no more entitled to break the law by witness tampering than any other citizen.
& only the guilty try to tamper with witnesses.

You simply can't presume that Trump was trying to call a witness to intimidate them or suborn perjury. He could have been planning to sexually harass them, share racial slurs, or solicit assistance in obstructing justice in a completely unrelated matter.

They know indictments are coming—and there’s nothing they can do about it. They are only digging their holes deeper.

Dems got caught illegally gerrymandering in NY, the courts through out the proposed map. But it’s ok when democrats do it.

Of course they gerrymander but not close to the amount the Rs do. And in blue states the gerrymandering is much more likely to get thrown out than it is in red or purple (NC/Wisc) states where the voters are split bt parties but the leg. is controlled by R's.. |
