 This is as tasty as anything that swims. Grilled it on the egg and served with a lemon thyme butter from the herb container. Go out of your way to eat this fish IMO it beats any tuna or sword I have eaten, of course it tastes better when it was swimming the previous day. |

				 | a lot of people who don't like fish will like shark. I Have heard that some restaurants refer to as Brielle swordfish.
 Cutting up a 400 pounder for the BBQ is quite a chore though
