My understanding was that RI was looking at over an 11% unemployment rate right now.

Is the state really as bad as I hear for businesses to operate in? Even living so close, I have no idea what corporations face there, but I have heard that they're taxed to all hell and many companies are being forced to close shop and move out of state.
