CRUnch Thump, Boom

and down i went.....

landed on my side on top of the mini set of stairs
(now squashed flat) and cutting my leg a bit
that i used to get a little taller to get sumthin "unstuck"

i'll be movin slow for awhile
-ok- but i am real sore

what a way to start spring

Rav, try some balancing exercises while you wait for your
coffee to perk in the morning.
Stand by a chair, just in case, then balance on one foot building
up over time to count 30 doing 10 reps. Then the other foot the same thing.
Takes 3-4 minitues. Helped me a lot and increased reflex too.

Mostly i have a groin (pull) injury from having my two step support
collapse out from under me

which wouldn't be so bad except i injured it not long ago

so, i just booted myself back to square one
and have to start the healing process all over again
