It is an online slang or urban word...

lamity is describing the lameness of a particular situation or person.

I had to leave the room, the lamity was oppressive

AOL is the top of the lamity heap.

AOL is where all the lamers hang out.

Rambil on.
Cow's the time, the time is cow.
Sing my song,
I'm goin' roun da whirl gonna catch my girl.
In the bay,
I've fished this hole 10 years to the day.
I'm gonna rambil on.
Gonna catch the queen of all my dreams.

Now's the fish tale, that can't be told.
My integrity I hold dear.
When years ago, and days of old,
And giant cows were everywhere.

And in the darkest depths of the water,
I caught a fish like a bear.
But a seal,
an evil one,
krept up and slipt away with herrrrrra....
herrrrra..... her yeah.
