Subject: Important events this week
This week, over two days, the American nation will experience both
Groundhog Day and the State of the Union Address. It will be an ironic juxtaposition:
One involves a meaningless ritual in which they look to a creature of
little intelligence for prognostication and the other involves a groundhog.
