I just saw that Frank's (Swimmer) brother Mike O'Rourke, a/k/a Squid Kids Dad passed away yesterday...
Godspeed.

Horrible news for sure. Condolences to Frank and the family. Godspeed SKD. We are losing a lot of the good ones lately. Seems like yesterday I was fishing with Mike and Larry in the jeep on race point...

Like numbskull said, we kinda are starting to get to that age.
I used to love to see Larry and Mike in the jeep, too.

Mike was a good guy.
He would come into my shop from time to time to write appraisals when he still worked for Hanover Ins.
Very sorry for his loss to his kids & his brother Frank & family.

Yup I remember it well Don that was fun! Mike really enjoyed it! I will have to root around and see if I can find some pics that was pre-digital camera days.
Mike was a super guy. Always so friendly and upbeat. Unfortunately his last few years were not kind to him. I will remember him with great fondness and cherish the times we spent together. He was a good friend. My thoughts are with Frank, his Mom and entire family now. |

I know, Right? Just all of a sudden starting a month ago with my brother in law, then Justin White now 3 in 2 days. Maybe we are all getting old but it just seems like it all came at once. |
