Did the DEM distribute all the evidence/fish to their agents so they could have bbq's with their families and friends again, so when opposing council asked them to run dna tests on the fish/evidence there was'nt any, AGAIN? Like the last case they botched?
Seriously??? Did the names of those charged ever get released? I wonder how much the investigation cost?
There were some rumors on charges being dropped a few weeks back. I checked up on it. According to RIDEM Enforcement charges were still pending as of October 14th.

I emailed DEM yesterday and was told "there is no additional information available at this time". I would think with the resources spent on the investigation it would be unlikely the charges would be dropped so quickly.
