need rod to match my new reel

Guys,

I am getting ready to order a new rod from Mr Mike CC

I have a 9' factory All Star /Breakaway spinning

This rod will host my new Abu 6500 TCST...question is ..what blank

What's the rod fer? All Star 1088 is great but darn stiff. I use mine mostly on the rocks...I believe the Sabre/batson 1088 is a bit less powerful...

1088 looks like the one...Arra is too much for my blood

MikeCC...which 1088 do you reccomend

Most would be 9', but if I remember correctly the Batson is 2" under
