Question reverse atom

why is the front eye on this reverse atom on the bottom about 1/2 " back from front in stead of up front does it affect the action?

their made to fish in a up, down manner ^^^^. suppse to look like a squid tryin to jump up in the air gettin away from being dinner. it won't do that it the eye is forward....give me that atom or I'll come asphalt ya.
