Just another QUESTION

I see a lot of you builders have your EYES RECESSED like on BIG FISH Larrys SWAP Plug, how do you get the nice CURVE CUP SHAPE for the eye Id like to try to do some but all Ican do is drill a regular eye socket, is there a TOOL I can buy STILL LEARNING,

I use a small ball rasp that is real fine SD! Fits right in the drill press of course! I will post a pic later if you want but it works great and I only have to touch it into the socket hole for a quick moment for finished result. Key is to make sure your socket depth is adequate to properly accomodate this treatment and have the eye sit just the way you want! Try catalogues like McFeeley, Woodcraft, etc.....can't remember where I bought mine?

A small router bit in a drill press gives a nice smooth finish too.

a big ball peen hammer will give you a nice dent to install your eye.

Larry are U predrilling the eye socket then using the ball rasp to round out the recess?
