new 4 me

heres a new one. i think bassmaster made one. i didnt have anything to go from but pictures offa ebay. i made it out of maple, darter style. its name is cockeye, i put the eyes on crooked. im not the best photographer. how should these things work? have to epoxy it, then a test float. i did put a little wieght in it to make it float right, 2 small pieces of steel shot rather than lead, and they were smaller.

wasnt really hard at all to make, i just put a flat piece of about 2 inch wide maple on the lathe and turned the edges and to get the body profile in, then i just used my sanding wheel sort of bench grinder to do the rest. its a washing machine motor with a plywood wheel with sandpaper on it. sealed with linseed too.
BTW-me and newell guy seem to be the only ones posting plug pics , how bout some from you other guys. just one or two is all im asking.
