That's a pretty steep penalty. 154k per vessel, per day of fishing. It said they have 37 vessels over 100' and 48 under 100'. 85 boats on the water x 154k=13m a day. I hope its strictly enforced and not like the local enforcement of Stripers. Somehow there big shot attorney will get that significantly reduced to the bare minimum dollar amount.
