No alcohol since the first, drinking athletic brand non alcoholic IPA which aren’t bad, lots of exercise especially with the lack of snow, the only issue is all my pants are swimming on me. Down from a high of 205 last fall to 173, couple more lbs and I will be back to the weight I wrestled in senior year of high school. Bagged up all my 38 pants and a lot of the 36 waste, getting some new threads soon.
